THE PERFECT FLY LINE FOR MODERN NYMPH FISHING

In Euronymphing, the focus is clearly on direct contact with the nymphs and controlling the drift. This is why weightless monofilament lines are particularly suitable, as they do not form a line belly so that you can immediately get in touch with your nymphs and do not influence their drift.

Nevertheless, ultra-thin and super-light fly lines are also very popular for Euronymphing and there are several reasons for this:

• With their minimal weight, they are somewhat easier to cast than mono lines. This is a great advantage, especially with small and lightweight nymphs or in windy conditions.
• Just in case it should be necessary, these Euronymph fly lines can also be used to cast dry flies to some extent for example in the event of a sudden hatch.
• Euronymph fly lines generally have a lower memory effect than mono lines and also stick much less to the wet rod blank.

With the TACTICAL, Sandro Soldarini presents a series of special Euronymph lines with which you are ideally equipped for modern nymph fishing. These fly lines have a consistent diameter of just 0.55 mm throughout. This means that these level lines are not only much thinner and therefore lighter than classic fly lines, but also comply with the regulations of the International FIPS-Mouche for official competitions.

The low-stretch, braided line core of the TACTICAL fly lines (except for the variant Clear) provides an excellent direct contact with your nymphs and a high level of sensitivity.

All models have a total length of 28 meters and (except for the variant Clear) are equipped with small, factory-welded micro loops at both ends of the line, allowing you to quickly and easily connect the backing on one side and the tippet to the other.

THE MATCHING COLOUR FOR EVERY SITUATION

The TACTICAL is available in several different colours to provide you with the perfect Euronymph fly line for every conceivable situation on the water and for your personal preferences.

Black/orange: in this model, the approximately 175 cm of the tip is coloured in a highly visible orange, so that an additional sighter is no longer necessary for simple Euronymph set-ups. The combination of black and orange also offers the best colour contrast.

Olive/orange: this model is a little more discreet and also has a 175 cm long orange-coloured tip, which is ideal as a built-in sighter so that you only need to attach the tippet to the small front loop.

Grey/olive: in this model, one half of the line is completely grey, while the second half is olive-green. This allows you to choose the ideal colour for your Euronymph line depending on the situation. Please note that this model has no sighter on the line ends.

Camou: the colours of this model alternate between beige and a muted olive-green at regular intervals of around 2 metres. The two ends of the line are olive-green without sighters in bright contrasting colours. This Euronymph line therefore not only has a discreet colouring, which can be an advantage in certain situations, but you can also use this line to estimate the length of the line that has been deployed quite well, which makes it easier for you to repeat the drift precisely, especially in larger waters without recognisable structures.

Clear: the most inconspicuous model of the available colour variants. It is completely transparent, so that you can offer your nymphs even in very visible and tricky conditions without scaring the fish away early. As this model is kept clear throughout a sighter must be attached to this variant. This Euronymph line is the only model without a braided line core and micro loops.
