With the HERO NYMPH fly line, Vision complements the very successful HERO product family and relies on the proven concept of offering high-quality equipment at a really interesting price that everyone can afford.

This floating fly line with a constant diameter of only 0.59 mm is specially designed for modern nymph fishing with fine and light lines. Due to the extremely low weight, this fly line forms no line belly so that you can maintain direct contact with your nymphs and feel even the gentlest of tugs. The braided line core minimises line stretch, and the soft coating prevents this fly line from curling. The surface is very smooth, which reduces friction in the rod guides so that you can also present your nymphs at good distances. Compared to a pure monofilament line, these ultra-thin fly lines for Euronymphing also have the advantage that they do not stick to the wet rod blank, which would make it difficult to cast light nymphs efficiently. In addition, with these fly lines, even though very light and fine, you can cast also a dry fly, if necessary, should the fish start to rise on a sudden hatch.

The HERO NYMPH fly line is 27 metres long in total, light green throughout and has small line loops at both ends so that the Euronymph rig and backing can be attached very quickly and easily. As a level line, you can easily turn it over and continue fishing on the other side if one side starts to show signs of wear. At 0.59 mm, it also fulfils the specifications from FIPS Mouche for the minimum diameter required in official fly-fishing competitions.
